What should you write in about?
- Corrections. A formula, threshold, or table row that disagrees with your source. Name the page and the source. A confirmed error is corrected in code and tests first, then on the matching explainer — the process is described onthe about page.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or a question about cookies and advertising disclosures. The current practice is on theprivacy page.
- Accessibility. Anything a screen reader, keyboard, or high-zoom layout gets wrong.
- Advertising and licensing. Questions about ad placements on this site or reuse of its tables and diagrams.
What can this inbox not do?
It cannot examine an eye, and it will not try by email. No one here will read your glasses prescription and tell you which contact lenses to order. That refusal is the site-wide bound on themedical disclaimerand the reasonstarting parameters are not a prescription.
If a lens hurts, blurs, or reddens an eye, stop wearing it and contact your practitioner — not this site.
